Here's a trick cigarette that squirts water on your victim.

To operate, squeeze the bulb attached to the cigarette while holding it under water. Once the bulb is filled with water, conceal it in your hand while allowing the cigarette end to protrude through your fingers. Once you get within range of the victim, fire away.
