Looks just like a lit cigar complete with glowing end and puffs of smoke coming out. The smoke illusion is caused by powder inside the fake cigar. Blowing gently into the cigar makes it look like you have a lit cigar going.

Have some fun by acting drunk and waving the "lit" cigar around and blowing out puffs of "smoke" in a no smoking area. Drop the cigar on the expensive carpet or sofa.

You can extend the use of this item by removing the piece of cotton from the end and putting in a pinch of corn starch or baby powder.
