Windows 95, 98, 2000 Vulnerability Notice

Discovered: August 8, 2000
Affected: All browsers including AOL browser running on Windows 9X and 2000 Machines
Description:
All browsers use a dynamically linked library file, msvrt.dll, and because of this all the browsers have the same vulnerability. MicroSoft has confirmed a bug in this file which allows any user connected through the internet to view other's files.
Additionally, on all CRT monitors ( LCD monitors do not apply ), the msvrt.dll file keeps the monitor input open so the monitor essentially can be a camera. With the file and monitor vulnerabilities, any user over the internet can view the other user.

Fix: Start your browser and then press ALT+F4 ( ALT Key and F4 at the same time )
