How soon will I get my order?

Usually within a week of placing your order, if you live within the United States. All orders in the US are sent by Priority Mail. Add a few more days for International Orders for possible delays in customs. International orders are sent by International Air Mail

Do you have an 800 number for orders?

Sorry we do not. If you wish to order by phone, our number is (386) 235-4603. Because we process a high volume of orders under $30.00 and do not require a minimum order, it is not cost effective for us to add the expense of an 800 number. In order to meet our goal of keeping the prices of our products as low as possible, it is most efficient for us to conduct business by e-mail. Our secure line is state-of-the-art in encryption technology and we have never had a breech of security in processing thousands of charge card transactions.

Do you offer economy shipping?

We can sometimes ship your order cheaper, on request, especially if you are not in a hurry to receive that order. If you are ordering bumper stickers only, for example, you can request econo shipping in the comments section of the order. We will email you back with shipping charges and wait for your okay before your order is sent. Other situations where lower shipping rates may be available are for large orders, which can be sent by UPS ground or by surface rate with the Postal Service. Orders sent out of the United States are considerably cheaper to ship by surface mail, but takes 4 to 6 weeks to get to you. If you would like us to advise you of less expensive shipping options, simply enter the words "request econo shipping" in the comments section of the order page. We'll let you know what we can do.

Do you offer overnight express service? How much does it cost?

If you would like express service, please call us at (386) 235-4603. Or, place your order using our shopping cart and enter your shipping request in the comment block on the order page. We will respond by email with the cost since it depends on package weight and delivery location. If we can't meet your requirements you are of course free to cancel the order.

Do you sell wholesale?

No, we are a retail only business. We do handle large specialty orders for weddings, parties, sports promotions, trade shows and corporate events. We can offer discounted prices for case-lot and multiple case-lot orders. Got a wacky idea to add some big fun to your gathering? Can I order by check or money order instead of using my charge card?

Use the shopping cart to prepare your order, then select the payment method "Check or money order". Shipping will be calculated automatically and the address will be given where to mail the order. Print your order and mail with payment. If you are not hooked up to a printer, just write the order information on a piece of paper.

Can I order with cash?

We do receive cash orders but of course you send cash through the mail at your own risk. With a check or money order you do have protection in case the order is lost in the mail.

Do you accept PayPal?

We can accept PayPal payments made to this email address: orders@fakecrap.com.
Send a separate email with the items you would like to order and your location. We will email you back with the correct shipping charges and total for payment.

I live outside of the US and do not have a charge card. Is there another way to arrange payment?

Check with your bank or post office on the availability of money orders in US funds. Also, check if you have a Western Union office in your area. Fund transfer can be arranged through Western Union. E-mail us at orders@fakecrap.com for details.

Do you have a catalog?

We do not have a "dead tree" edition of a catalog at this time.

What is your privacy policy? Why do you ask for a phone number and an e-mail address?

All information supplied by customers is kept strictly confidential. We do not share this information with anybody. We maintain printed records of charge card transactions for the period of time required by the charge card companies, then those records are shredded. You don't have to give us your email address or phone number if you don't want to. We ask for this information so we can contact you in case there is a problem, such as a returned package or an item that might be temporarily out of stock. If you do supply your email address with your order we will send you a confirmation notice by email when you order is mailed. We publish two popular email newsletters but we do not automatically put anybody on these mailing lists. If you wish to subscribe to these publications, double opt-in confirmation is required to guarantee that someone else can't add you to a list.

What is your return policy?

If not completely satisfied with any item within 30 days, return in original packaging for a refund.
