Here's a trick cigarette that squirts water on your victim.
To operate, squeeze the bulb attached to the cigarette while holding it under water. Once the bulb is filled with water, conceal it in your hand while allowing the cigarette end to protrude through your fingers. Once you get within range of the victim, fire away.

Here's a great prank to pull on the smoker. The stink cigarette load works like the exploding load only it is more subtle. Instead of a bang or a pop, the victim will notice that the loaded cigarette tastes awful and smells worse. Everyone in the immediate area will notice the bad smell. Each package contains 6 loads. Use a toothpick or a straightened out paper clip to create a little pilot hole in the end of a cigarette. Push the load in a little ways and cover with tobacco. Mark the loaded cigarette with a pencil or turn it upside down in the pack if it is filtered and you will be ready to pull a good prank on the cigarette moocher.
