Stink bombs are little glass ampules that contain ammonium sulfide. Stink bombs are powerful and will definitely have an impact on everyone in a closed room. The length of time of that effect depends of course on air circulation and the size of the room. Stink bombs are probably the most popular of the commercially produced practical joke products. To set one off you break it, usually by stepping on it. Or, you can be creative and tape one to an opened door hinge for example, and then the stink bomb will go off when someone closes the door. Or you can place one carefully under the leg of a chair so when the unsuspecting victim comes in and sits down he sets it off himself.
