The next person to sit down will get a blast of water on their bottom coming from under the seat.

Fill the bulb with water by squeezing it and then releasing it while holding it under water. Position the bulb under one of the round tabs under the toilet seat. Secure it in place with the suction cup. Aim the nozzle carefully. When the victim sits down, they will be greeted by a surprising squirt of water.
