You could say that the Shocking Remote Control is a universal remote because it shocks anybody that tries to use it. For those of you who are unfamiliar with shocking pranks, this remote control does not actually control anything. Like the Shocking Lighter, Pen, Book, Stapler or Mouse, it's sole purpose is simply to administer a mild electric shock to the victim.

Aside from the obvious switcheroo, there are a lot of ways you could set up this prank:

-- Can you figure out this remote control?
-- I think the TV got hit by lightning -- see if you can get this remote to work.
-- Check this remote. Maybe the batteries are in backwards.
-- I got this new universal remote but I think it's defective.
