The exploding gum triggers off a loud cap when it is picked up. This is a good trick to play on someone who is always helping themselves to your gum. You set the spring loaded device with a cap, set it on the table and wait. When the victim picks it up the cap fires with a loud pop. This is a reusable prank. Just load with another cap and you're ready for the next victim.
