Push the plunger to "accidentally" squirt ink on the victim.

No you can't use this to write checks, but you can startle the heck out of somebody when you squirt ink on their clothes, furniture, or table cloth. Load up the disappearing ink pen, then make it look like you are trying to get it to work. When your victim is in range, fire away. The ink will just turn to water and then disappear.
